Clickworks has been working as AXA Global Distributors’ design agency since 2009. Clickworks designs, produces and print manages all brochureware, point of sale, direct mail and forms for the UK and Spanish markets as well as some elements for the French market.

The client has a number of specific key requirements from a design agency:

* Ability to work in different languages (where attention to detail is vital)
* Ability to work within brand guidelines but still develop a distinct look
* Source suitable imagery for specific international markets as per guidelines
* Ability to manage multiple versions of product literature and manage changes from multiple stakeholders
* Access to literature artwork and images from anywhere in the world
* Ability to handle large volumes of work in short time periods

In order to deliver on some of these requirements, AXA Global Distributors used Clickworks’ online digital asset management website to store and share documents and Adobe Acrobat’s PDF Markups to collaborate on changes. Clickworks also introduced an overnight and weekend design service to deliver all elements on time.

The three most important elements to AXA Global Distributors are to be on time, on budget and on brand. By using technology, good communication and smart and flexible resource allocation we deliver on time; by only charging design hours and not account management fees, transmission fees or retainers we deliver on budget; and by having experienced staff familiar with the brand’s previous work and guidelines we deliver on brand.
